This is a great unit. Works perfectly and means one less applicance to clutter your countertop. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the little tray is almost impossible to keep clean, especially after a year or two of use. Maybe you can order a replacement on the Hamilton-Beach Web site. I didn't think to look so instead I ordered another unit.

This toaster over is the perfect size. I have a very small space and it's difficult to find any units that are small anymore. The toaster area works fine( browns evenly), but with small english muffins they can be hard to remove. The oven area does not have a top brown feature which I miss. However, I have used it for garlic bread and it worked quite well.

Usually browns one side more than the other. Only way to turn it off is to unplug it. Sometimes the toast flies out of the toaster, other times it gets stuck. Thermostat has a mind of its own. I wouldn't recommend it.

This toaster has new feature that allows you to stop the toaster before the selected time.

This is the second one I bought, the last one lasted quite a long time. This one seems to do toast better than the last one. I love the space it saves being both a toaster and an oven. It's great!!
